Horse Spirit – Hand-Forged by Sergey Petrov
This remarkable blade is hand-forged by blacksmith Sergey Petrov, using a D2 steel analogue known for its superior hardness and edge retention — trusted by hunters and craftsmen alike.
The handle is carved from naturally shed moose antler, and brought to life by a master bone carver, who shaped it into the form of a horse’s head — designed not only for its symbolism but for comfort and ergonomic grip. The guard, made from elk horn, is seamlessly integrated into a birch bark base, creating a warm, natural transition between materials.
The sheath is crafted from bull’s tail leather, wrapped around a dry birch wood liner, blending ruggedness with tradition.
A true expression of Siberian craftsmanship — where form, function, and spirit come together in a blade meant to be both admired and used.
